In the unlikely event you receive the wrong order or if the products in your order are damaged or faulty we will happily refund your money or provide an exchange.

For any order tracking, we’ll need your order number and the email address used for the order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a delivery service to all locations and PO boxes. This is generally due to local alcohol restrictions, public safety concerns, or courier availability.

No, we only deliver within Australia currently.

Returns & Refunds

If you have made a mistake or wish to cancel an order, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us form or Live Chat as soon as possible with your order details for further assistance.

We'll endeavour to cancel your order as soon as we can, however, a return fee may be incurred if the order has already shipped.

Once an order is placed, we are unfortunately not able to make any changes to it. We can, however, cancel and refund your existing order so that you can place another one.

We accept Mastercard, VISA, Amex, PayPal and Afterpay*. We operate online, so unfortunately we cannot accept cash. For security reasons, we don't accept payment over the phone.

Yes! As a new customer, you can opt to set up your payment method through your PayPal account. As an existing customer, you can change your preferred payment method by clicking 'proceed to checkout in your cart and then click 'change' in your payment details.
